Consent to the Collection and Use of Personal and Employment Information

A.      Information to be Collected and Used

-       Required: Name, Date of Birth, email address

B.     Responsible Institution

-       The Korea Research Institute for Human Settlements (KRIHS)

C.     Purpose of use

-      To verify applicants, administer and operate the 2026 KRIHS World Campus, and produce related academic outputs such as research papers and reports.

D.     Retention Period

-       Your information will be retained for three years after the completion of the 2026 KRIHS World Campus (until June 18, 2029).

※ Your information will not be shared with third parties except for the organizers of the event and will not be used for purposes other than those stated above.

※ Right to Refuse Consent: You have the right to refuse consent to the collection and use of your personal information. However, if you choose not to provide the required information, identity verification may not be possible and participation in the 2026 KRIHS World Campus may be limited.
